SERVICE CONTRACT 2009 SEASON

I hereby confirm my application to Pembroke Corsair accepting the following terms: 

1. 1. The service fee is $650.00 plus GST.
2. If the foal does not eventuate a free return service* will be given on receipt of a veterinary certificate. The Mare must be foaled at a reputable Stud.
3. The Stud has the right to refuse to cover any mare, which is diseased or infected.
4. All mares should be delivered to Pembroke Stud recently wormed. In-foal mares should arrive three weeks prior to foaling.
5. The summer grazing charges are $4.00 plus GST per day for dry mares and $7 plus GST per day for wet mares (fed daily with McMillans Broodmare Mix)
6. The foaling charge will be $250.00 plus GST per mare.
7. All vet fees are charged directly by our recommended veterinarian. Aspiring Veterinary Services ph 0-3-443 7262
8. The Stud assumes all care but no responsibility. We shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, accident or-disease to your mare or foal and you shall not be responsible for any injury, accident or disease to the stallion.
9. All fees are payable prior to mare leaving Pembroke Stud.
   * (The live foal guarantee does not apply if the mare is sold, is exported or if the mare dies before a live foal eventuates. Foetal insurance is recommended in these circumstances).
